  • When will my order get shipped?

    All orders are processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. (This allows you to cancel or make changes to your order before it is shipped out.) Bird toy orders can take up to 2 weeks to ship since toys are always made to order.

  • How do I check the status of my order? 

    You will receive another notification when your order has shipped which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

  • When will I receive my order?

    Most orders arrive within 3 - 5 business days after you receive your shipping confirmation.

  • How much is the cost of shipping?

    Shipping charges for your order (up to $199) will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $199.

    Local Delivery is available at a flat rate of $5 for orders within Missouri City, TX. (FREE on orders over $199) Deliveries are made from 9am - 5pm on Monday - Friday. We will contact you to confirm delivery day & time the day before.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We do not offer refunds at this time.

We do offer exchanges on bird toys if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please follow the instructions below to be eligible for a replacement:

  1. Email us within 24 hours of receiving your order

  2. Include your order number

  3. Include a photo of the item’s condition

Important:

  • We address return/exchange requests on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. 

 

  • Products may be requested to be sent back to us.

 

  • We will never re-sell return toys. Returned toys will be donated to a bird sanctuary of our choice and you will receive an email notification confirming which sanctuary your returned toy was donated to.

  • All returns are the responsibility of the customer - customer is responsible for cost of return shipping and must provide a tracking # once product has been mailed back within 24 hours of mailing it.
     

  • Our shipping costs include shipping insurance by Xcover if a tracking number is provided. We require that any damaged orders be reported to us via email within 24 hours of the delivery date. Claims of non-delivered/lost packages must be made to us via email no later than 21 days after the shipped date. Even if your order is insured, we cannot guarantee that a claim will be approved.


🦜  If your bird seems uninterested in our toys, please contact us via EMAIL. We will be happy to help you find ways to teach your bird to play with toys or forage. Playing with toys and foraging are natural behaviors and are VERY important for birds in captivity, so we will do our best to find a solution for your bird.
