F.A.Q.s

Do I get to meet my dog walker/pet sitter in advance?

Before your first booked service, you will meet with Jennifer, Pet Sitter & Owner of the company. At this meeting, we collect & document all care instructions, and vet records if necessary as well as meet your pet. Jennifer will be the primary pet sitter, but in the case that a different sitter will be providing any part of the service, it is not required that you meet them, unless you prefer to do so. In the case of a scheduled sitter that will be covering all or part of the service, in order to fairly compensate the sitter for their time, we'd schedule a regular visit for a time when you'll be home. If an unscheduled sitter needs to step in to cover a service, there is usually no opportunity for the client to meet the sitter that fills in. Please keep in mind that any sitter working for our company is fully vetted and trained and that in the case that a scheduled sitter is unable to make a visit, it is for your pet's benefit that someone fill in A.S.A.P. and we will inform you of this as it happens.
