Service Description

If you have recently adopted a bird from M.E.B.S. - Congratulations! In collaboration with MEBS, our favorite parrot rescue, we offer you up to 2 free consults to help you succeed with your new feathered friend. ⚠️Here are some details you want to be aware of so you dont miss out on this offer: 1️⃣Your first consult must be booked within 6 months from the date of adoption. 2️⃣Your 2nd consult must be booked within 60 days from the 1st consult. 3️⃣If you need to reschedule a booked consultation, you must contact me to reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. (You may reschedule a maximum of 2 times) 4️⃣If you fail to reschedule the consult at least 48 hours in advance, we do consider that a cancellation. If you cancel or miss an scheduled consultation, you forfeit the free consult offer and must purchase a consult to book again. 📧 We are happy to answer brief questions via email or text in between booked consults.

Cancellation Policy

PRIVATE CONSULTATIONS: To cancel or reschedule, please email us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancel 24 hours in advance: Receive full credit from booking towards a future booking. Cancel less 24 hours in advance: Receive 50% credit from booking towards a future booking. GROUP CLASSES: Group class registration fees are not refundable. However, you can reschedule for a future class if you give at least 24 hours' notice that you won't be able to make it to class. If we do not receive notice, you will forfeit your class registration.
