This toy base is a stainless steel metal skewer that can be reused over and over with other toy parts or even veggie chunks for a fun foraging activity!
Since the base is metal, this is perfect for those birds that are in the habit of cutting the cord of the toy at the top which causes the entire toy to fall to the bottom of the cage where it gets ignored and ๐ฉ pooped on.
*Most of our toys can be altered/upgraded to use a metal skewer for $3 - 5 (depending on size), so please contact us if you prefer this for your bird.
